Camilla Casey is a certified graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School in Boston, the premier professional school in the US.  Currently manages a staff of 17 at Cape Cod & Islands Appraisal Group, LLP, and oversees subcontractor assignments, ordering, clerical operations, and production.  Background includes over 21 years in appraisal office management.

Jacob Ross holds the Massachusetts Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a real estate appraiser since 1998.  Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, and a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT. Specializes in residential and commercial real estate in Plymouth and Barnstable Counties.  Prior appraisal experience includes commercial appraisal research for Daland and O'Leary Real Estate Appraisers, 1994-1998.

Anne Haggerty earned the JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH and has been admitted to the bar in New Hampshire (1997) and Massachusetts (1998).  Full time real estate appraiser since January 1999, holds the Massachusetts Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License.  Specializes in residential real estate appraisal in the Outer Cape and Cape Cod National Seashore; Commercial real estate appraisal; and appraisal litigation preparation.  Also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.  Owner of Law Offices of Anne E Haggerty, West Chatham, MA, a general practice firm.  Also coaches track and field, and was a lifeguard at the Cape Cod National Seashore for 19 years.

Jodi Langford holds the Massachusetts Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a full-time real estate appraiser since 2003.  Extensive real estate sales background on Cape Cod and in Florida.  Specializes in waterfront residential homes and estates on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Audrey Soderberg holds the Massachusetts Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License and has been working as a full-time real estate appraiser since 2003.  Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston University, Boston, MA, in 1978.  Residential real estate appraiser specializing in the Upper Cape and Plymouth County.  Extensive real estate sales background on Cape Cod, and formerly in management.  Also holds the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License. Nicholas Bono holds the Massachusetts Real Estate Trainee License and has been working as a real estate appraiser since 2003.  Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Anthropology from Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH, in 2001.  Residential real estate appraiser specializing in Barnstable County.  Prior experience in sales and construction.

Cheryl Nevius holds the Massachusetts Real Estate Appraiser Trainee License and has been working as a real estate appraiser since 2002.  Earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Westfield State College, Westfield, MA.  Specializes in residential real estate appraisal for estate planning and mortgage financing in Barnstable County.  Also holds the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's license, with extensive experience in real estate sales, management, advertising, and training.

Earned a Bachelors Degree in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, and has completed over 20 specialized real estate appraisal courses including five courses with the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. Daniel J. Scholl holds the General Certified Real Estate Appraiser License in Massachusetts.  Holds Associates Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston (1970), and Associates Diploma in Marketing from Bryant and Stratton School of Business, Boston.  Owner of Daniel J. Scholl, Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants since 1985, he has been in the real estate profession - selling, financing, and appraising property - since 1976.  Also owns Investment Capital Corporation of Orleans.  Affiliated with Cape Cod & Islands Appraisal Group, LLP since 1986.  Chairman of the Eastham Board of Assessors 1991-1997.  Exemplary Employer Award from the Governor's Commission of Employment with People with Disabilities, 1997.

Belinda Clarey is a part-time commercial researcher and personal assistant to the partners of the firm.  She earned a Degree in Garden Design and Garden History from Morley College, London, England, and a Royal Horticulture Certificate in Gardening.  Prior office experience in mortgage purchasing, review, and pre-underwriting for over five years.  Also owns Exteriors Garden Design, Brewster, MA, since 1987.
